Step 4: Coolant Filter Replacement

Locate the coolant filter, which is typically mounted on the engine block near the water pump or on a remote bracket. Continue filling until coolant reaches the bottom of the radiator neck. Replace the radiator cap temporarily. Fill the overflow reservoir to the “COLD FULL” mark with the same coolant.
