Awning Mechanism Repair and Fabric Replacement for COACHMEN GALLERIA I’m standing on the ladder with my socket set spread across the roof rail, one arm holding the roller tube steady while I assess what’s actually broken on this Galleria’s awning. The fabric’s been cracking under UV for months, there’s a seam splitting at the pull-strap … Read more

Electrical Inverter and Shore Power Integration Service for COACHMEN GALLERIA I walked up to a used Galleria at an auction last fall with a mechanic’s eye for what gets hidden under fresh upholstery: I bypassed the cabinet work and the paint and went straight for the passenger-side lower compartment. Pulled that cover off and found … Read more

Awning Mechanism Repair and Fabric Replacement for THOR DAZZLE Most Thor Dazzle owners ignore their Thule HideAway awning until it stops working entirely — and by then, a $40 spring replacement has turned into a $600 full-system job that eats up a weekend and leaves you cooking inside a 95-degree box. I’ve watched this play … Read more

Awning Mechanism Repair and Fabric Replacement for JAYCO MELBOURNE The Jayco Melbourne’s Thule HideAway 1200 awning sits at an awkward intersection: robust enough to handle daily deployment cycles, but vulnerable to the specific wear patterns that come with full-time travel in a Sprinter chassis. Fabric tears, motor burnout, and arm pivot seizure are all field-common … Read more

Roof Seal and Skylight Maintenance for CHINOOK BAYSIDE Your Bayside’s service manual will tell you to inspect seams. What it won’t mention is that roof leaks on this particular rig almost never show up where the water actually entered — it travels sideways under the membrane first, then drops somewhere that looks completely unrelated to … Read more

Electrical Inverter and Shore Power Integration Service for CHINOOK BAYSIDE The first time I heard it, I was standing in the galley of a Bayside with a dead microwave outlet and a fully charged battery bank. No obvious breaker trip, no humming or sparks — just silence where there should’ve been 120 volts. I grabbed … Read more

Lithium Battery Bank Service and Solar System Maintenance Most Winnebago Revel 44E owners assume their lithium battery setup works like a car battery—you charge it, you use it, and it keeps working until one day it doesn’t. That’s backwards. These systems aren’t simple storage; they’re networked electronics that talk to each other constantly, and when … Read more
