Grab a multimeter and test your battery voltage—you need at least 12.0 volts running through the system before you can trust any diagnosis. Top off your freshwater tank and make absolutely sure the city water inlet is capped off; running both sources at once will throw your troubleshooting sideways. Locate the pump control switch on your monitor panel—typically mounted near your entry door or in the kitchen zone. Flip it to the on position and crack open a faucet somewhere inside to demand water from the pump. A healthy pump will hum or click as it cycles, delivering water in 3-5 seconds. Hear nothing? No water? Check your 12V fuse panel for a blown fuse before you assume the pump itself is dead.

Step 2: Locating and Accessing the Water Pump

On the Outlaw, the pump typically lives near your freshwater tank, often tucked into a front pass-through cabinet or hidden beneath cabinetry near your sink and water heater area. You’ll see an access panel held down with Phillips head screws—get these off and set them somewhere you won’t lose them. Bring a strong flashlight; these compartments are tight and dark. Step 3: Electrical Disconnection
